Steady climb up Makerikeri Rd to intersection with Mt Grey. Slightly steeper to Manuka Rd which then drops all the way down to River Rd. Flat for next couple of k's to Delbeg Rd, then very steady climb (6km or so) back to Mt Grey Rd. Descend back down Mt
